La ville de Bejaâd a été jadis une terre des loups, et elle est encore convoitée par d’autres intrigants loups. Des fois , ils déchiquetaient la chair des morts. Ce projet entre donc, dans le cadre de la dite INDH ( Initiative nationale du développement humain ). Alors elle nous a marbré l'Arcade d'enrée à Derb CHEIKH, une de toute une série d'Arcades identiques.
Quelle belle initiative ! Ou’ est –il ce développement humain ? C’est de la foutaise.
Pour ce projet appât, il s’est mobilisé tout un arsenal des services de la Wilaya jusqu’au petit service grenier de la commune locale, pour embellir notre Arcade.
