Devant cette assistance, le délégué provincial de la jeunesse et des Sports, a présenté un exposé au sujet de la loi organisatrice de l'action associative, et les mobilités dans la société civique avec ses tendances et ses changements.
La deuxième intervention a été présentée par Mr Aziz M'hammed dans : "L'Ethique de l'Action associative".
Après ces exposés riches en la matière, le débat a été lancé, sans former les ateliers comme a été signalé dans le programme de cette journée.
